Blackspotted croaker pre made dish launches in European market!

Recently, a grand export ceremony for premade blackspotted croaker, was held in the Haojiang Aquatic Industry Park in Shantou. The Chaoshan specialty dish, premade blackspotted croaker, was exported to the European market for the first time, adding a new star to the "Shantou goods" market. This also means that another Shantou cuisine has been recognized by the international market.

The premade blackspotted croaker products exported to the European market this time were jointly developed by Shantou Guanhai Aquatic Technology and Guangdong East Technician College.

It is reported that the current annual production of Chaoshan blackspotted croaker is nearly 75,000 tons. Ke Ruicheng, Chairman of    Guanhai that the export of blackspotted croaker has greatly enhanced the confidence of farmers to expand their production. In the future, they will actively gather resources, build platforms, expand markets, and strengthen promotion to further expand domestic and international markets, allowing more consumers to taste the deliciousness of Chaoshan blackspotted croaker and appreciate its rich nutritional value.

Blackspotted croaker,  Latin name Protonibea diacanthus, belongs to the genus Protonibea in the family Sciaenidae. It is a deep-sea fish and a precious species.

This kind of fish lives in the western part of the North Pacific Ocean and the surrounding waters of Nan'ao Island, Guangdong Province. Its body is long and flat on the side, and its back and abdomen are shallow arcs. It is generally 45-55cm long, 500-1000g in weight, and more than 10kg in size. Its mouth is large and slightly inclined, its body is covered with comb scales, the scales are small, the surface is rough, the head is covered with round scales, there are 4 jaw holes, the central and inner jaw holes are arranged in a square shape, and there are no jawbones. The maxillary external teeth and mandibular internal teeth are enlarged in a canine shape, with small teeth forming a band like group on the inner surface. The eye circles are large, and the transparency of the eye membrane is high, red, and bright. The body is blue gray brown in color, with a gray white belly. There are two connected dorsal fins with a deep notch in the middle. The upper edge of the fin spine is black, and there is a vertical black stripe in the center of the fin strip. The pectoral fin is yellow at the base and black at the edge. The anal fin has two spines, and the tail fin is wedge-shaped. The base of the tail fin is yellow, and its edge color is slightly lighter.

The Blackspotted croaker has high nutritional value, and the fish gelatin extracted from the fat of its belly is the finest among fish gelatin, containing rich active ingredients such as collagen, polysaccharides, selenium, and unsaturated fatty acids. In addition, the fish meat of the red snapper is also very delicious, and the meat is rich in gelatin.
