The customs found live lobsters not declared to the customs in 35 foam boxes

Recently, during a machine inspection of an inbound truck, customs officers at Wenjindu discovered abnormal machine inspection images and immediately conducted manual inspections. Upon inspection, 665kg live lobsters not declared to the customs were found in 35 foam boxes deep in the car. At present, the case has been transferred to the customs anti smuggling department for handling.
 
Customs Reminder: According to Article 7 of the Regulations on the Implementation of Customs Administrative Penalties of the People's Republic of China, the act of concealing, disguising, concealing, falsifying or otherwise evading customs supervision, transporting, carrying or mailing goods or items prohibited or restricted by the state from entering or leaving the country, or goods or items that should be taxed according to law, is considered smuggling and will be subject to legal responsibility.
