The announcement shows that due to the needs of Guolian Aquatic Products' business development, the company plans to apply to its controlling shareholder Xinyu Guotong Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotong Investment") and its affiliates for a loan amount of no more than 100 million yuan, with a validity period of no more than 12 months. The loan amount can be recycled during the validity period.
