Little goldfish, big industry

The project is invested and constructed by Miao's Goldfish Cooperative, with a total investment of 110 million yuan. Construction  started in April 2022. It mainly builds ornamental fish breeding greenhouses, high-standard full-sunlight glass greenhouses, outdoor breeding ponds and park infrastructure. The breeding and operation of Lanshou , Thai lion and other ornamental fish species. After the project is fully completed, it will be able to breed 720,000 finished fish annually, achieving sales revenue of 124 million yuan and profit of 68 million yuan.

"At present, the first phase of the project has built and put into use 30,000 square meters of breeding greenhouses and 680 breeding ponds. It is already the largest ornamental fish breeding base in the country. Now, high-standard full-sunlight glass greenhouse infrastructure is being built, and all-steel The main body of the greenhouse is 10,080 square meters, and the remaining supporting construction materials have been put in place, and it is expected to be put into use by the end of November this year."
