The 3rd China Industrial Shrimp Farming Conference

At present, China's shrimp farming industry is in a critical period of historical transformation, from high-density, high-yield production to high-quality, high-standard, high-tech, intensive and branded development, from supply shortage to overcapacity, which brings new historical issues to the entire industry. An industry with a shrimp fry market capacity of over 50 billion tails and a feed capacity of over 500,000 tons is forming a brand-new market pattern.

On October 27-28, the 3rd China Industrial Shrimp Farming Conference and the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Shrimp Industrial Farming Technology Innovation Alliance will be held in Dongying, Shandong.

Since the registration for the event began, the conference has received positive responses from all parties. At present, more than 130 shrimp farmers, more than 200 dealer representatives, and representatives of leading aquatic companies such as Haida, Zhengda, Tongwei, Hengxing, and Mingzhi will attend this conference. The conference will gather about 800-1000 authoritative experts, entrepreneurs, dealers, and farmers from all sides of government, industry, academia, and research.

According to incomplete statistics, there are currently more than 108 projects or units with more than 5,000 m³ of water in China, and the total shrimp farming water has reached 3.3982 million m³. Among them, there are Haida, Zhengda, Tongwei, Hengxing, Zhenbei, Zhonglang, Hefeng, Haizhixian, Bohai Aquatic Products... Their factory shrimp farming bases not only have a high breeding rate, but also make full use of intelligent equipment to promote the high-quality development of my country's factory shrimp farming industry. In addition, some real estate, finance, equipment and other companies have entered the shrimp farming industry, and factory shrimp farming has ushered in a new wave of development.

This conference will focus on the efficiency and cost reduction strategies of factory farming, farming models and technological innovation, link domestic high-quality shrimp full-industry chain companies, break through the barriers to shrimp circulation, cultivate new quality productivity of factory shrimp farming, promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional shrimp industry, promote the competitive development of emerging industries, and create a new growth pole for industrial incubation.
