The 7th China International Import Expo was held in Shanghai from May 5th to 10th. Various exhibition halls are filled with a dazzling array of goods and crowded with customers.

At the Australian Pavilion exhibition area, the rock lobster booth from Western Australia is particularly lively.
Rock lobster, also known as "Australian dragon" in China, usually grows in relatively clear and cool waters.
Western Australian rock lobster has a fiery red body, firm flesh, a slightly sweet taste, and a variety of cooking methods, making it very popular among people.

At the Rock Lobster booth in the Australian Pavilion of the CIIE, chefs make rock lobster teppanyaki on site and invite customers to taste the products. The lobster industry in Western Australia is an important industry for fishermen and their families, as well as communities along the coast of Western Australia, to survive. Family members of fishermen often work together. Some fishermen live on Abrolyus Island near the coast and engage in lobster fishing.

Jilongteng Fishermen's Cooperative Co., Ltd., as the only rock lobster producer in Western Australia, has participated in the China International Import Expo multiple times. It was founded in 1950, and its BROLOS brand of rock lobsters comes from the Indian Ocean off the west coast of Australia.
