Tianjin Food Supply Chain showcases deep-sea water products at CIIE

At the 7th CIIE, Tianjin Food Supply Chain showcased a variety of selected new products.

Chilean salmon is located in a pure and pollution-free marine environment. Due to its proximity to the Antarctic region, the water temperature is lower, and the salmon meat is denser and more delicious, with less oil and no greasy feeling.

At the same time, precious pollock caught in the deep sea of Alaska, rich in Omega-3, were also showcased. They were harvested from the icy depths of the Bering Sea and the Alaska Bay, and immediately subjected to low-temperature freezing treatment after harvesting, perfectly locking in freshness and preserving the ultimate deliciousness like fresh fish.
