Uniluxu premade foods
Uniluxu Group started with tilapia exports, and its export share once accounted for 8%-10% of the industry. This allowed them to accumulate rich experience in tilapia farming and processing. In the breeding process, they used "unique feed" - at the Uniluxu breeding base, tilapia feed on "broad beans" as their staple food day after day. This move significantly enhanced the fiber of the fish's muscles.
During processing, they selected the back muscles on both sides of the fish with the richest fish protein gel as raw materials, which also further improved the taste of the "golden fish balls". Although the cost has increased, judging from the satisfactory evaluation of diners, "healthy, high-quality fresh ingredients" has become Uniluxu's biggest advantage in seizing the catering market.
Traditional Cantonese surimi is often made with carp meat, but the carp has many bones and a certain fishy smell. After years of research and development, Uniluxu has innovatively chosen a meat combination of golden thread-fin bream and tilapia. Golden thread-fin has tender meat with fewer spines and more meat, while tilapia can inject freshness and a chewy texture into fish decay. This combination of deep-sea and freshwater fish raw materials, combined with a fish meat ratio of no less than 60%, fully demonstrates the freshness, tenderness, and smoothness of fish decay.
Thanks to having the only fully automated fish surimi production line in the country, Uniluxu Group has accurately positioned itself in the segmented market of fish surimi products, targeting the field of fish surimi food and vigorously developing premade dishes.
